Since embarking on his banking career in 2005, Conrad has established himself as a trusted partner to clients in a range of industries, from construction and manufacturing to professional services. A native of eastern Idaho, Conrad has an in-depth understanding of market conditions across the state and is particularly attuned to the environment in the Southern Idaho region. He has contributed to the growth of Washington Trust in the market and is instrumental in the bank’s continued expansion in the commercial banking space.

Conrad is a graduate of Boise State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in business administration. He also graduated with honors from the Pacific Coast Banking School.
